Each service has its own name, price, duration, category and image, separate from any products the business sells. A salon can list a haircut, a facial and a bridal trial; a consultant can list a first consultation and a follow-up session. Customers read the price and time required before they request a slot.

Control notice and how far ahead people book

Set a minimum notice so nobody books a slot that starts in ten minutes, and limit how many days ahead the calendar opens. A buffer after each service leaves time to clean up, travel or prepare for the next customer, and that buffer is reserved together with the appointment.

Assign the right staff member

Active staff can be linked to the services they perform. In strict mode vkRetA checks eligible staff and existing reservations before offering a time, so two customers cannot be given the same person at the same moment. Flexible mode accepts preferred times as requests for the business to confirm.

Keep the customer history in one place

A booking creates or updates the customer record with the name and phone number supplied. Later visits, invoices and payments sit on the same record, so a returning customer is recognised without searching old chats or a paper diary.

Share one link everywhere

The booking website lives on your own vkRetA subdomain. Put the link in your WhatsApp Business profile, Instagram bio, Google Business Profile and printed cards so every enquiry lands on the same accurate list of services and open times.

Can customers select their appointment time online?

Yes. Customers only see times that fit the service duration, working hours, booking rules and existing appointments.

Can I keep Sundays or holidays unavailable?

Yes. Disable any weekday and add blocked periods for holidays, breaks or other unavailable times.

Does a completed appointment appear in sales?

Yes. Completing a confirmed appointment creates its service order and invoice once, then records it in Billing and sales.

Do customers pay online when they book?

No. Online payment collection is not active in vkRetA today. The customer requests the appointment and the business collects payment in its usual way, then records the completed service and invoice.

What is the difference between strict and flexible booking?

Strict mode only offers times when an eligible staff member is free, which prevents overlaps. Flexible mode lets customers request a preferred time that the business reviews and confirms or reschedules.

Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Yes. The business can move a requested or confirmed appointment to another valid date, time or eligible staff member, or cancel it, from the appointments screen.

Which businesses use an appointment booking website?

Salons, beauty studios, makeup artists, repair services, tutors, consultants, wellness practitioners and any business that sells time rather than stock can publish services and accept booking requests.
