Sign up with your name, email address, mobile number and password. Verify the email code, then complete the single business setup form. Your workspace remains available while the public-store review is pending.
Create an accountChoose products, services or both; add the business name, requested address, contact information and operating hours; then review the sample catalogue before creating the store.
Review platform featuresCreate categories first or add one while creating an item. Products can include variants, selling price, MRP, stock, HSN and GST. Services can include duration, SAC and appointment availability.
Understand the connected systemPreview the storefront while verification is pending. After approval, use the publication control in Online store to make the website public. Approval does not publish the website automatically.
Learn about the website builderProduct orders move through fulfilment and into sales. Service appointments follow availability rules and can create an invoice after completion. Manual and staff bills use the same sales register.
Explore billingUse password recovery on the sign-in screen if you cannot access the account. For a product or account question that is not answered here, use the contact page and include the business name and account email.
Contact vkRetAOpening stock, restocks, sales, returns, damage and manual adjustments are recorded as stock movements, so you can see why a quantity changed. Website orders and bills update stock automatically. Use the low-stock and out-of-stock filters to decide what to reorder.
Learn about inventoryTurn on GST in billing settings and add your GSTIN and state. Each product carries its GST rate and HSN code and each service its SAC. Bills show CGST and SGST, or IGST when you choose it, and can be downloaded as a PDF. Prices are entered tax-inclusive.
Read the GST invoice checklistProducts can be exported to a CSV file and imported from one, which is useful when moving a list from a spreadsheet. Rows with errors are skipped and reported by row number, so fix them and import again. Plan limits on the number of items still apply.
Moving from spreadsheetsCoupons can be a percentage, a flat amount or Buy X Get Y, with start and end dates, a minimum order and an active switch. One coupon applies to an order or bill, and the final amount is always recalculated by vkRetA before it is saved.
Explore couponsFree costs ₹0 and allows 25 products and services, one image per item and 5 MB of media. Pro costs ₹199 per month and allows 250 items, three images per item and 25 MB, plus the credit ledger and pay-later bills, Reward Wallet, referral partners and staff billing links. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends.

Check that the business has been approved and that the website has been switched on with the publication control in Online store. Approval alone does not publish the website.
The Free plan allows 25 products and services in total. Remove items you no longer sell, or move to Pro for up to 250 items.
Online payment collection is not active in vkRetA today. Product orders use cash on delivery and appointments are requests that the business confirms and collects payment for in its usual way.
Not yet. Websites are published on a vkRetA subdomain. Merchant-owned custom domains are not active on any plan today.
