Free does not expire
The Free plan is not a trial. It continues for as long as the account is active.
7-day Pro trial
New businesses start with a 7-day Pro trial and continue on Free afterwards unless they subscribe.
Early Access for one year
Early Access businesses keep Pro features for one year from joining, with a reminder in the workspace 30 days before it ends.
Nothing is deleted on downgrade
When a paid or Early Access plan ends, Free limits apply again, but existing records are kept.

The merchant workspace runs in the browser on Android phones, iPhones and computers.
Installed on your phone
The workspace can be added to the home screen and, where the device allows it, show notifications for new orders and appointments.

A vkRetA Android app is being prepared for Google Play. Until it is published, use the browser or the installed workspace.

Will my data be deleted if I move from Pro to Free?
No. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Free limits and features apply again, and your existing records stay in the workspace.
