Terms of use
These terms govern access to vkRetA accounts, business workspaces, public storefronts and related services. By creating or using an account, the user confirms that they can accept these terms for themselves or the business they represent.

Accounts and access
Account information must be accurate and kept current. Users are responsible for protecting passwords, verification codes and access links and for activity performed through their accounts unless unauthorised use is reported promptly.
vkRetA may verify, approve, reject, suspend or restrict accounts to protect the platform, merchants, customers or legal obligations. A pending merchant may explore the private workspace but cannot publish a public storefront until approval.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for their products, services, prices, taxes, stock, availability, customer promises, policies, licences and compliance obligations. They must not publish misleading, unlawful, infringing, unsafe or abusive material.
vkRetA provides operational tools but does not act as the merchant, seller, service professional, accountant, tax adviser, payment provider, courier or legal adviser. Merchants should obtain qualified advice where their obligations require it.
Orders, appointments and payments
A storefront can help a customer submit an order or appointment request. The merchant remains responsible for acceptance, fulfilment, service delivery, cancellations, refunds and customer communication.
The current product does not process online customer payments. Cash-on-delivery, UPI or other payment information shown by a merchant is handled between the merchant, customer and relevant payment provider.
Content and permission
Users retain responsibility for business content they upload. They grant vkRetA the limited permission needed to store, process, resize, display and transmit that content for operating the service and their storefront.
Users must have the rights and permissions needed for logos, photographs, descriptions, customer information and other uploaded material. vkRetA brand assets, software and platform design remain protected by their applicable rights.
Availability and plans
vkRetA offers a Free plan with stated usage limits and vkRetA Pro at ₹199 per month. Pro payment collection uses secure Razorpay checkout when enabled. Existing Early Access businesses retain their current access unless a change is communicated clearly before it affects the account.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation, permanent storage and error-free results cannot be guaranteed. Merchants should keep copies of records they are required to retain independently.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, abuse, unlawful conduct, non-compliance with these terms or activity that harms other users or the service. Where appropriate, vkRetA may provide an opportunity to correct the issue.
A user may stop using the service and request account closure. Some transaction, security or audit records may be retained where necessary for legitimate obligations or dispute resolution.
Disclaimers and disputes
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. vkRetA is not responsible for a merchant's products, services, customer commitments or third-party services selected by the merchant.
Users should first raise a concern through the contact page so it can be reviewed. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
