The changelog records user-visible platform improvements and clarifies when important workflows became available. It is not a promise that every future idea will ship.

8 October 2026: appointments and storefront reliability
Appointment settings now return their saved normalized state, support strict availability or flexible requests, and extend the existing staff-service scheduling model. Merchant rescheduling rechecks eligibility and conflicts before changing the original reservation.
Onboarding logo persistence and visible logo sizing were strengthened, and responsive marketing checks cover the published marketing routes.
5 October 2026: platform hardening
Authentication lifecycle rules, maintenance routines, rich-content validation, upload checks and staging-performance tooling were consolidated. These changes focus on predictable behaviour and safer future maintenance.
4 October 2026: commerce and customer workflows
Managed coupons, expanded order fulfilment, order-detail history, customer payment allocation, bounded statements, paid-invoice rewards and Razorpay subscription architecture were added or strengthened.
Feature availability still distinguishes architecture that is prepared from customer-facing functionality that is actively enabled.

21 October 2026: refreshed design
The website, merchant workspace and Super Admin moved to a refreshed visual design, and phone sign-in now fits on one screen.
20 October 2026: clearer plans and subscriptions
Plan limits now follow whether a plan is in effect. Upcoming plan changes are shown to merchants ahead of time, Early Access lasts one year from joining, and Early Access businesses can subscribe in the last 30 days.
20 October 2026: security review and media storage
Fixes from a security review were applied, and every stored image now counts towards the plan's media storage.
18–20 October 2026: Android app preparation
A vkRetA Android app was prepared for Google Play, including a branded launch screen and account deletion information. It is not yet published.
11 October 2026: installable workspace and service GST
The merchant workspace can be installed on a phone and, where allowed, show notifications for new orders and appointments. Services now have their own GST rate chosen by the merchant.
10 October 2026: reliability release
Order status transitions, staff billing links, payment recording that ignores duplicate submissions, appointment capacity locks and two-factor authentication for Super Admins went live.

Are future roadmap dates promised here?
No. The changelog records completed work rather than speculative delivery dates.
Is the vkRetA Android app available on Google Play?
Not yet. The Android app is being prepared for Google Play. The workspace can already be used in the browser and added to your phone's home screen.
How often is the changelog updated?
Entries are added when user-visible changes are released. There is no fixed schedule.
