Is the Free plan a time-limited trial?
No. The Free plan never expires. It supports up to 25 catalogue items, one image per product or service, 5 MB of business media storage and customer records. New businesses get a 7-day Pro trial first; when it ends they continue on Free unless they subscribe.
What does vkRetA Pro include?
vkRetA Pro increases the catalogue limit to 250 items, allows up to three images per product or service and raises media storage to 25 MB. It also includes staff accounts for managers and cashiers, abandoned cart reminders on WhatsApp, six more website themes, the credit ledger and pay-later bills, the Reward Wallet, referral partners and reusable staff billing links.
Can I subscribe to Pro today?
Yes. Subscribe from Plan & billing in your vkRetA account and pay ₹199 a month through Razorpay. You can also send the payment link to the phone that has Google Pay or PhonePe and approve the AutoPay there.
What happens to existing Early Access businesses?
Early Access businesses keep Pro features for one year from the day they started. Notices begin 30 days before it ends; after that the Free plan applies unless the business subscribes to Pro.
Is a business website included?
Yes. An email-verified business with an active account can publish a website on a vkRetA subdomain and manage it from the same platform used for business operations.
Can both product and service businesses use the Free plan?
Yes. Product businesses receive catalogue, inventory and order workflows. Service businesses receive service catalogues, availability settings and appointment booking workflows.
Are online payments included?
Yes, on both plans. Connect your own Razorpay account and customers can pay online at checkout; you can also offer cash on delivery with an optional advance. vkRetA charges no commission on these payments. Service businesses manage appointment requests and their existing payment process.
Can I connect my own domain?
Merchant-owned custom domains are not active yet. Businesses currently publish on a vkRetA subdomain.
Do I need a developer to maintain the website?
No. The website and business information are managed through the vkRetA workspace without editing code.
Does vkRetA replace accounting or tax advice?
No. vkRetA provides connected business-management tools. Businesses remain responsible for professional advice and requirements applicable to them.
