Is vkRetA really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs ₹0 and never expires. You get your own website on yourbusiness.vkreta.in plus GST invoices, stock tracking, online orders, appointments, coupons and customer records for up to 25 products or services. No credit card is needed.
Who is vkRetA for?
Any small business in India that sells products, services or both: boutiques, cloud kitchens and home food businesses, salons and spas, repair and home services, kirana and retail stores, clinics, consultants, bakeries and cafés, and people selling from home.
Can I make GST invoices for free?
Yes. GST billing is part of the Free plan. Add HSN or SAC codes and GST rates to your items, add the customer GSTIN when needed, and download or share every invoice as a PDF. vkRetA is billing software, not tax advice, so check the GST rules that apply to your business.
Does stock update automatically?
Yes. Every bill and every online order reduces stock for the products you track, and low-stock and out-of-stock items are easy to filter. You can also update stock in bulk from an Excel or CSV file.
Can customers order and book from my website?
Yes. Customers can browse your catalogue and place cash-on-delivery orders, and service businesses can accept appointment requests for free time slots. New orders and bookings appear in your dashboard and on your phone. Online card and UPI checkout is not included yet.
Do I need a developer or any technical knowledge?
No. Your website is created when you sign up. You add products or services, prices and photos from your phone or computer, and you can import a whole list from Excel.
Does vkRetA work on my phone?
Yes. The vkRetA platform works in the browser on Android phones, iPhones and computers, and you can add it to your home screen. The vkRetA Android app is being prepared for Google Play.
What does vkRetA Pro add?
Pro costs ₹199 a month and raises the limits to 250 items, 3 images per item and 25 MB of media. It adds staff accounts, abandoned cart reminders on WhatsApp, six more website themes, the credit ledger and pay-later bills, the reward wallet, referral partners and staff billing links. New businesses start with a 7-day Pro trial.
Can I use my own domain name?
Not yet. Every website is published on a free vkreta.in address such as yourbusiness.vkreta.in. Custom domains are not available at the moment.
