vkRetA can credit eligible rewards after an invoice is fully paid. Unpaid and partially paid invoices do not receive the completed-payment reward merely because the bill exists.

Reward money received, not credit promised
A reward should reflect a completed eligible purchase. vkRetA evaluates the paid invoice and applies the configured reward only after the invoice reaches the required state.
When an invoice is paid across multiple customer payments, the reward is created when those allocations finish the invoice. This prevents an unpaid credit purchase from receiving the same treatment as collected revenue.
Keep reward activity visible
The customer transaction view shows the reward associated with the invoice, while the wallet keeps credits and validity understandable. Reward redemption is kept separate from managed coupon use so the final bill remains clear.
Connect referrals to the resulting business
Referral partner records let the merchant organise the people or channels that introduce business. The purpose is attribution inside the business workflow, not a promise of automated affiliate payouts.

How rewards and referrals work in vkRetA
The Reward Wallet and referral partners are part of vkRetA Pro. The rules are fixed and shown in the billing screen so the counter and the customer see the same thing.
A customer pays an eligible bill in full
Rewards apply to bills of ₹599 or more, and only once the bill is fully paid.
vkRetA credits the reward
The customer earns a 10% reward on the amount paid, credited to their Reward Wallet. If the bill was paid in several instalments, the reward is credited when the final payment completes it.
The reward stays valid for 30 days
Wallet credits are valid for 30 days, so customers have a clear reason to come back soon.
The customer redeems on a later bill
On a later eligible bill, the wallet balance can reduce the amount to pay. Wallet redemption is not combined with a managed coupon on the same bill.
Record who referred the customer
Add referral partners with a name and an optional mobile number and code, then select the partner on the bill they introduced.
