vkRetA lets a merchant manage percentage, flat and Buy X Get Y coupons with dates, minimum orders, limits and active status. Only one managed coupon can apply to an order or invoice.

Choose the discount that matches the offer
Percentage coupons reduce the eligible order by a chosen rate and can include a maximum discount. Flat coupons reduce the order by a fixed value but never below zero. Buy X Get Y rules connect a qualifying product with a reward product already present in the cart.
Coupon codes use uppercase letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores and are matched without case sensitivity. Start and expiry dates keep short campaigns from continuing accidentally.
Keep promotional choices understandable
A merchant can use an existing manual discount, a managed coupon or Reward Wallet redemption, but these choices are not stacked together. This avoids totals that are difficult for the merchant and customer to explain later.
Used coupons can be deactivated or archived so historical orders remain understandable. An unused coupon may be deleted when it has no redemption history to preserve.
Recalculate on the server
The browser can preview the saving, but vkRetA recalculates catalogue prices, eligibility and the final payable amount before recording the order or bill. Failed transactions do not consume a coupon redemption.

How coupons work in vkRetA
Create the coupon
Choose a code and a type: percentage, flat amount or Buy X Get Y. For a percentage coupon you can also set a maximum discount.
Set the rules
Add a minimum order value, start and expiry dates and, if you want, a limit on how many times the coupon can be used.
Share the code
Tell customers the code on WhatsApp, Instagram, a printed card or at the counter. Codes are matched without case sensitivity, so 'diwali10' and 'DIWALI10' both work.
Customers apply it at checkout or billing
The code can be entered on your website checkout or applied while creating a bill. The browser previews the saving; the server checks eligibility and calculates the final amount.
Pause or archive when the offer ends
Make a coupon inactive or archive it once it has been used, so past orders stay understandable. A coupon that was never used can be deleted.

Frequently asked questions
Can two managed coupons be used together?
No. One managed coupon may apply to an order or invoice.
Does the customer have to add the free product?
Yes. For Buy X Get Y, the qualifying and reward products must already be in the cart. Eligible reward units are then discounted.
Are coupons only for Pro businesses?
No. Managed discounts are available to Free and Pro merchants, subject to the current product rules.
Can I limit how many times a coupon is used?
Yes. A coupon can have an optional usage limit. Once the limit is reached, the coupon is no longer accepted.
Can a percentage coupon have a maximum discount?
Yes. A percentage coupon can include a maximum discount amount so a large order does not receive an unexpectedly large saving.
Can customers use a coupon on my website?
Yes. Customers can enter a coupon code at checkout on your vkRetA website, and you can also apply a coupon when creating a bill in the workspace.
